Netflix is arguably one of the best inventions in the history of mankind except for maybe pizza. The movies and TV shows on Netflix are amazing, and it's really sad that they can't be shown on a projector. I tried to play Netflix on a projector using my laptop and HDMI chord, but it wouldn't work. Of course I found a way to make it work and now I'll share that with you.

The first thing you have to do is get an HDMI splitter, which will allow you to connect multiple devices at once through one HDMI cable. You can find one of these at any Walmart or Best Buy (or really any electronics store). This splitter can be used with a computer as well as a game console like the Xbox.

So now you have your splitter in place, but your laptop won't be able to connect to the projector because it won't know where the signal is coming from. If you have a projector at home, then you know the frustration of not being able to stream Netflix on it. However, screen mirroring can make all that go away! Screen mirroring is the process in which an Android phone or tablet’s screen can be shown on a larger display with the help of a Miracast or Chromecast device.

If you want Netflix in cinema mode with the big screen, even then there are ways that you can make it happen:

1) Your TV may not have a 3D HDMI port, so you'll need an additional adapter.

2) Your TV may not have a 3D HDMI port, but you'll need to connect with an HDMI cable that has an adapter on the other end.

3) Your TV may not have a 3D HDMI port, so you'll need an additional adapter and an HDMI cable with a converter on the other end.

4) The TV may not support 3D content, so you'll need to find another way to make it work.

5) You must be using Windows 7 or 8 only.
